For B.Tech: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and one subject from Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject, securing at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the above subjects taken together.

For MCA: Graduation in relevant disciplines with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the aggregate.
